Bookmark topic
Hello everybody, i've just bought my z520i and i was very happy to use it until, when i was making a call suddenly it turned off. I thought i was a battery problem and i started to charge it but it doesn't even charge when i plug it, what's happening?

Try to remove for some seconds the battery and then reinsert it. Then go for recharging. If it still refuses, then.. go for repair!

if u are lucky, its just a fw bug, might be hw bug. anyway, if its under warranty, it will be replaced or repaired. bring it back to se service and let it check by experts.

remove the battery as above for about 15-20 mins and then try if it still doesnt turn on connect a charge and see what if it resonds. check if the battery is good (i juts touch it to my tongue lol and get a shock).

The batery is ok, i've tried and it switches on my k700 so it must be the phone's problem right?

I've been reluctant to replacing it because I ordered it in a website and wasn't really in the mood of sending it back.. but i guess it's the only solution, thanks for the adivice

You should be able to take it into any SE service center, not just the website.
