My dad caught the flu last week, this week i have started to pick it up
Plus side is i can take a week off from work and it counts the same as 1 day! But for once i'd rather feel better and goto work than have my throat feel like i've been eating glass!

I've been their a couple of weeks ago...had a terrible flu,my throat felt like sandpaper and i was coughing non-stop...thankfully the medication and some herbal teas cured the bugger!

I had chinese green tea....tastes good aswell, tend to drink that quite a lot anyway,it helps digestion after meals aswell...i absolutely recommend it.
