I am happy with the V600 , it does have high quality sound , but its not a volume killer .
You canot have it both, so i am happy with that .

I have to agree with you.
I tested my W8 and W9 against the W550i which is on display at a local dealer. I tried listening and adjusting the volume of each phone until all three are playing at same loudness. My W9 would already be on full volume, the W8 is set at 9 bars while the W550i is only at 5 bars. All of them are playing the same MP3 song that I tranferred to the phones myself.
If I set the volume of all three phones to max., I couldn't hear my two phones anymore.
