ive not long had a P910i and i was quite dubious of buying another SE phone after the horrors that were my many T610i`s and T68i`s and them generally breaking. so i thought id stick with nokias again, when my renewal came up i was offered a p910i, so i took it, ive had it since december now, and not had any problems untill now. the screen doesnt work anymore, as far as i can work out it stopped early this morning(10th feb) the phone still works, i think, i havnt tryed because i cant see anything, ive had to back it up manually because it wont back up with the software. good thing i save all my numbers to my sim card really,
so my question is there a master reset button i can press on the phone to completly reset it, or is it a take it to the shop and get them to fix it. then get rid off it?

@khan: Didn't he just say his screen was not working? I think it will have to be taken into SE service centre.

If the screen doesn't work you can do this:

jog dial up, *, jog dial down, jog dial down, *, jog dial down,*

Now you can access the service menu.
Turn the jog dial down three times. Push the jog dial. Press 2. Your internal memory will be formatted.
