> SE Power Unlock Clip for k750i help

Has anyone used this clip?:

One of 2 local unlockers uses this clip, but he can't get it to unlock. He says there is some kind of trick or sequence for the K750/w800 that he can't remember (like how you have to hold the 'c" button when flashing or something) and he can't get a hold of his distributor for the instructions.
If someone could point me in the right direction, I would love to show this guy how to do it. The other unlocker doesn't have the proper h/w for k750/w800.
I just wanna play with my new toy that i've had for 2 weeks now, and i'm growing impatient. Other option is ordering my own cruiser cable, but they are hard to find here in the states, and being Friday, I wouldn't get it until middle of next week.

is there a connector for battery on the k750i cable? or two crockdile clips if so connect it to a 4v power source and make sure the + is on + and - on -

o.k so do this attach the 9v battery and take the battery from the phone (k750i w800 etc) and put it back in. start the clip and then connect the cable in the phone and see what happens.
