I want to ask some questions concerning the bluetooth hedasets.I bought an se one today,so:
A)IS there a way that bluetooth switches on automatically when you recieve make a call and off when the call ends so you save battery time for the mobile?
B)Is there a way for the sound to come out both from the phone and the headset?
C)how can i hear media, like music and videos via my bluetooth headset?

A) The BT must be switched and autenticated with the headset before you receive the phonecall, otherwise when the autentication would end, the call would have ended too.
Check Magic Profiles. It can switch BT on/off depending on the area you are in.
B) Never seen that happen and I think it's not possible.
C) No. There's not enough bandwith with the current version for good audio quality (only voice). Also the phone must have a profile for this purpose.
The P990 and the M600 will bring this.

A)The way it does that is via cell id,i think and that's not really trustworthy.
B)Any way to find for sure?Cause i need to hook a cable from the headphones output to a dicatphone so i can record calls *(since the se guys didn't include it for no reason at all) and hear the conversation via the headset.
C)It's ok i didn't really care actually i just asked for informative reasons!
Thanx for helping me.

Auto bluetooth would be a very handy addition! It's strange that this feature was removed...
If the phone (my K750i, at least) can automatically connect to my bluetooth handsfree when a call comes in, then in theory it should be able to turn bluetooth on automatically (and then off once the call has ended).
Naturally, I only have bluetooth turned on for occasions when I receive a call while driving, the rest of the time it just sits there, draining the battery a fraction faster than normal.

At lease isn't there a more handy way to switch bluetooth on and off without being taken to the setting screens? For on it exist if you click on the icon, but when you want to disable you have to select settings, and then be transfere to the bluetooth subenu and disable it from there!

I believe applications like Magic Launcher you can map the Bluetooth to a button, so you can turn BT on/off, or using the jog-dial (I can't be sure)
Just found out that with Magic Profiles Pro you can also turn BT on/off automatically depending if the phone is charging or not, or if is in car mode or not.

with magic launcher it takes you to the menu,it doesn't immediately switch it on/off.
