When I play mp3 files the sound is low compared to Radio sound. Is this a FW issue ? Can I fix this problem ? I also noticed that there is no Equalizer when listening Radio, am I right ?

You can use some sound mastering software to increase the volume of your MP3s before to store them at the phone. For example I use SONY Sound Forge 8.0. Not only for the volume levels, but mainly to adjust the bass and trebble frequencies, the sound dynamics for all my music collections. What is useful, is that you can set all your music in a equal volume level.
Concerning the radio equalizer - no, there isn't, but I think, that the player's setting applies to the radio too.

For me MP3 played in Walkman player is louder than FM radio. If you want still loud then set equilizer setting to maximum after selecting manual.. this will sefinitely help..

My K750i R1AA008 firmware:
Lowest volume of radio is indicated as a the first block of volume indicator and is moderately loud, max volume is more than loud enough.
MP3's - will go down to half a volume indicator block which is fairly quiet, to max volume which is louder than the radio when good MP3's used.
What I am trying to say is MP3 player has a wider dynamic volume range than the radio.
