Just download from
http://www.sonyericsson.com/downloads/UpdateService_Inst_2.2.13.7.exe, and got my unbranded Z800i upgraded to R1AB014 Hong Kong.

WARNING! I installed this version and it doesn't work! (at least not in my PC). I had to uninstallit and re-install 2.2.11b so I could run it again
If someone has been able to run 2.2.13.7 successfully, please let me know (I couldn't even launch the software)

I installed the latest version on suday and it worked fine as it loaded without any problem. But I tried it now... and funily enough it doesnt work.... which is strange.

I have it installed, and whenever I try to run the program nothing happens... a quick loading hourglass icon for a split second then it just halts. nothing. Any ideas?

if you use the previous version of SEUS, along the way itll download newer versions of the said firmware.. even if you do not manually install this new update itll install itself if you update via SEUS2.
i had this experience when i was using SEUS2 and found out that it was checking its server for newer versions and eventually install the update version to your PC before you go thru updating your phone and all that.
