my activity menu key is not working any more and i cant transfer anything to the phone via usb.does anyone know how to solve

i think the phone might have just stopped because i was wathing a video and then tried to transfer something at the same time(stupid thing to do i now realise)

it was a transfer from the pc that i was doing i have twenty something mb's at the minute but i think it was nearly full when it happened. I think it just got overloaded. i was wathcing the gorrilaz-dare vid i got of this site at the time
