P900 uses another version of opera... although I am sure opera mini would operate... try this instead

Umm...are you sure you have the right version?? Whyuse Opera mini when you can use the full version UIQ Opera.... Also, you need to have full WEB gprs enabled, for it to work

opera mini works fine on my p910, so it'll function fine on the p900.as stated above though, you need igprs.the only payg network that allows this afaik is orange.

hmm..... im on vodafone, when i called them up and asked for full GPRS settings, they sent me the same, non-working ones, i guess i could just use the P900's built in browser, that works fine

heh, opera Mini won't work with Vodafone Live!
Why?
Because Opera Mini uses it's own special servers.
When you make a web request with Opera Mini, Opera Mini sends that request to the big Opera servers... Those are the servers that download the content from the 'net, then they send it (compressed and redrawn) back to your phone.
Opera Mini is nothing but a simple data mule, sending and recieving data to the big Opera servers.
Anyway, the reason that Live! won't work is because there's
a) Probably no "Internet accessable" version of the VF Live! portal (ie you can't visit Vodafone Live! with your Internet Explorer, can you?
b) There is usually session data (your IMEI/subscriber info etc) that goes between your phone and Vodafone Live!, this wouldn't work via the 'net.
There is more going on when you access Vodafone Live! with the built in Browser (Which is not really a browser so much as a WAP Client with some HTML ability) than a standard HTTP request.
That is why neither Opera or Opera Mini will do what you want.
[I may be wrong on some exact points of how Vodafone Live! works where you are, but at least here in NZ there's no public way(via the 'net) to access Vodafone Live!]
