When playing an mp3 and using tomtom, the mp3 track stops when tomtom gives an instruction. However it doesnt start again after the instruction finishes. I have tried this with the built in mp3 player and with ALON mp3 player, is there any mp3 player which will work properly and restart playing after the instruction so that mp3 player and tomtom can be used simultaneously?

nope!! dont think so, but you could try the three "better and more famous ones" unrealplayer, oggplayer and powermp3. if any musicplayer does it it should be those.
