Hi

Hav anyone tried the T600? I wonder if it really is so fast in the menues and if it really has so good quality as everybody says on this and other forums. Have you found any bugs? How much does it cost in your country? Someone who have something to say about this product?

I sold my T68i to get money for another phone and I think this is the one I am going to buy.

Hi, yes the menues are fast. I wrote a short first impression as a reply under the topic "T300 is released!", about nine or ten posts from top:

The building quality is good, much like the feel of t66 but perhaps even better. The only thing that bothers me is a little mechanical clicksound the buttons makes everytime you press them (i am not thinking of the click sound you can choose from togheter with the "beep" or "silent" in the sound settings for the keys). Except from that also the buttons are of good quality with an excelent blue backlight. Also see my comments on the screen in the earlier topic mentioned but don't take that as a reason not to buy it cause it really isn't that big problem.

I haven't found any bugs yet. The price here in Sweden in around 260-300£ SIM free. Let me know if there are anything else you wanna know

T600 is available in China now.
The edition sold in China is called T602.

It is great, and also very light(63g).

The price is RMB 2250(almost USD 270).

Tullan, thanks for your answer.

I have some more questions:

Is it possible to connect it to a PC using the DRS-11 and use some of the softwares on christersson.org ?? Cause I've made copies of my phonebook and calendar in my T68i before I sold it.

Why did you buy T600; it is interesting what it was that made you make that desicion.

Is the sound-quality in the speaker good? How about the reception; the phone is SO little!? SE

Have you seen the new sterio-radio-handsfree-headset from SE? I think it is really cool but when I rang SE-helpdesk they told me that the T600 doesn't support extended menues and because of that you can not use the new headset with it. The guy I spoke with was not sure. Anyone who knows?

Hi!

I bought a silver T600 yesterday and yes it's fast, faster than I thought it would be! It feels just like my old Nokia 3310 and it's not slow like my T65!

The only "problem" I've had yet is that my software isn't the newest version so I'm going to update it tomorrow...! Oh, and that there isn't software available to the cable that I bought that runs between the phone and my computer...

The build quality feels very nice and I really like the design and the blue light. Never really been a fan of the design of the T66 but I feel that the T600 is the most beautiful phone on the market right now!

Whith my old T65 it sounded like I was caught in the middle of a storm when I was walking outside... Whith my new T600 the sound is chrystal clear!

About the reception: I live in a fairly large city so I really can't say... but so far I've had 5 "sticks" of 5 possible...! =)

The reasons that made me buy the T600 is the design and the size.

Don't know about extended menues...

Thanks for your answer Henkan!

You spoke about the software in the phone; which is the latest? I'm going to upgrade mine too as son as I got it. Which software were in your phone when you got it? And do you really mean that I can't put my phonebook into this one? Ohh, and all my calendarnotes.... Is there anyway to do it? Or is there anyway to open those files that the softwares of christersson.org make when you run a backup so I can read it and rewrite it in the T600?

@sahand

Your welcome!

The software version in my phone is "22R1A", but I spoke to a girl on today and she had "29R1C" or something like that... so I guess mine isn't so new... but I'll know more when I get my phone back on Thursday, maybe I can contact you then?

What I ment about the software is that hasn't realesed software for the cable that works with the T600 yet... But I'm sure they will soon...!
The Christersson.org software I don't know anything about... *sorry*

Om du är från Sverige, och jag är från Sverige, kan vi ju nästan prata svenska med varandra istället...!
