Hi
I want to update firmware for W800i. Can anyone please provide me with a step by step DETAILED instruction set for doing so. I havent installed any software for W800i whatsoever. So what exact softwares & drivers should I first install?
What about the file "UpdateService_Inst_2.2.13.7b.exe" mentioned at
http://www.sonyericsson.com/s[....]s&lm=ps1_1&pid=10245&fid=21839
Is this the only file I will require for the update?
A person who has already tried it, would be more helpful. My phone is unlocked. I am a newbie at doing computer updates & fear that I would screw up the W800i. I am on Windows XP. Please explain from zero & include at what steps should the phone be on/off or any other minor detail you deem is important.
Your help needed all you maestro's!
