> K750i vs Sharp 903

Anyone who has ever compared the picture quality of this 2 ? Please post some pics taken for comparission. I know the k750i, N90 and the likes takes acceptable pictures but the 903 with its 3.2MP CCD sensor seems to be a class above the 'rest'.

The Sharp fone should WIN/produce 'sharper' image here basing it on the specs of it's camera . . .

i disagree , im sure it produces a bigger picture , but it doesnt mean the picture clarity is sharper then a picture taken by a k750

@masterp - H m m m . .. I've seen some pics taken with the K750i/W800i/D600/N90 . . . which according to the poster's have a 2 MP cameras. But seeing the sharpness, YES, some lag with the quality compared with the others. Now, a 2.0 and a 3.2 MP cam should have a HUGE disparity results . . . as if we can say TOO that the
K700i and S700i produces same quality images (using their built-in cams)

From the handfull of test pictures I managed to get from the net it seems like the 903 is better indeed. And that is in 3mp resolution. If the picture is resized to 2 mp (750i max res) and slightly sharpened to do away with the resizing noise, then there is no comparission. The 903 wins by the legendary mile. I will like to see some pics taken by someone who has got both cells thou.

The Sharp 903 is truly amazing! It has a 3.2MP Autofocus CCD camera with 2x optical (24x digital) zooming and remarkable video recoding capabilities; for me this is the best camera phone ever!. I was drooling for this phone from the first day I came across this (released in 2005 July); since I was not in Japan nor had access to Vodafone branded handsets, I had to resolve to the next best thing : the K750.

here to get a detail feature list of the camera and other functions of Sharp 903 phone. It really puzzles me why this phone is not selling like hot cake with all these features.
I guess partly due to the fact that it was only available in Japan earlier (though now it is gaining popularity in European market), and for the fact that it is sold exclusively under Vodafone brand.

thread at Mobile-review forum comparing 903 and W900; it has photos and videos taken from both. If the above link doesn’t work (says the forum is down at the moment) try the

903 is clearly a winner against W900

but the best thing i like about 903 is that you can extend your screen using the supplied jack adaptors... so that you can play videos using your TV, and likewise view pictures directly from the phone via TV.
