the first so called terrorist organisation now in power.let me remind u that this was an election held as democratically as anywhere else in the world.in fact more genuine than in tampa, florida which we all know were rigged in the bushes.coming back to the topic,my question is does hamas in power scare the sh*t out of u?

Depends how you look at hamas....terrorists for some freedom fighters for anothers...Israel are actually the bigger terrorists in comparison,..just check with the U.N on israels's record on human rights not to mention breaking every U.N resolution under the sun...Hamas is fighting for independence and freedom of occupation of their lands..,don't see why they are terrorists.
ANC says it all...they were classed as a terrorist organistation at one time, now they run a democratic and free country.

israel is surely gonna give hamas a hard time, especially financially & this might provoke them into some act of violence which would be the worst thing to do as all eyes are on them atm.

Do you think there will ever be peace there?

I think Israel needs to do far more if it ever wants to ever achieve peace,..they are quick to blame the palestinians that they and Hamas do not want to recognise Israel...but i don't see any israeli who wants to recognise Palestine... but again their is a bigger player in this who end this confict and thats the U.S,but again trying to find peace through the americans is like looking for life on other planets.....The U.S and the wider world needs to put its foot down and force a \"TRUE\" Independent Palestinian state to peacefully live side by side with Israel..thats the only way.
