I cant update my w800i firmware version: R1L002
i downloaded UpdateService_Inst_2.2.13.7b.exe and installed when i start the program it says press and hold "C" when i do this it gives me a screen to let go of the "C"button then it takes a minute and returns to the main screen whitout doing a thing??
Then i need to take out the battery and place it back again so i can start my phone again..
Help me please...

It happened to me many times-don't know why SE never does satisfactory stuff. Try again and again-it may work. Search in the Software section here,you'll get the trick overcoming your problem.

It`s very irritating i tried a couple off times now but wouldnt work..
p.s. all the drivers are coreectly installed. Even the USB flash drivers and JAVA.

The phone does also not turn on when the program goes back to the main menu to start over again..

I updated a week ago by using 2.2.11b version..it automatically updated itself to the latest version..when I press Help-About-it said 2.2.17 version. It worked OK anyway..although I just updated successfully after 8 times of trying..Maybe you should wait until SE releases a new SEUS version..just be patient.

You are right. It works.
But when i`m trying to update. with all firewalls off it`s detecting my phone and says it has the latest firmware.
