hi all again
problems i face with my the w550i are
1- I can not use the t9 when using browser.becasue when i write some thing in browser only simple english option appears and not the t9 option
2- When i type a long message for fourm on esato and send it to forum then only two three words appear and rest of message is lost as happened in my preivous one
3-applications and games are not working on my w550i any more.when i click on games or application folders in file manager nothing happens and folders do not open.when i see folders detals it shows zero files
i reset settings and master re set but to no effect
so what i should do next to fix this problem
4-songs which i transfer they get corrupt time to time and message appears that can not selected song
5-jpeg pictures when i copy in mobile , some of them can be seen full screen ,others mobile do not load on full screen
also mobile gets off some times when i am seeing pictures
previously i type all this message from mobile but all was lost and only hi all was posted sorry for that
now sending from pc
i get access to pc rarely
so can not answer your questions sooon
but can read your answers from mobile browser
please help me out with my problems
i was using a 6600 before and was very happy
after seeing all these problems i am disappointed with w550i

I think I can help you with query one!
For getting the T9 up when in the browser, or a text message for that matter, if you press and hold the '#' key, it should bring up a list of languages. Scroll to 'English' and select that. It selects the English T9 dictionary. I've noticed my W800i does that as well, it seems to deselect the T9 in the browser, and sometimes when starting a text too!
