Does such a thing as a Diabetes Mangement Control program exists for JAVA-enabled celphones???

That's a very useful idea.
I am just now venturing into the world of java development for cell phones via the SE development environment.
Throw out some requirements and specs and I'll work on it.
I'm new at this style of development and my time is limited, so I will make no guarantees that it will even get done. Might be a month, might be 2 or 3 months; or never.
However, having something so very useful as that gives me ALOT more incentive to work at developing it.
I'll visit that page too and gather what I can from that app that you refer to.
