Well I don't seem to be having much look on this forum lately! I have once again been scammed, my third time in less than a year!

Today I recieved the T610 I bought off BONDIE_86 on Sunday night. I paid via PayPal the £30 I offered which included delivery and any additional fees. When I recieved the phone today I was disgusted at the "as new" condition of the phone. I was told it had minor, almost unseeable scratches on the back. I have been in discussions with BONDIE_86 and have been told that infact it is his girlfriends phone! She has emailed me claiming that I caused the damage. I took the phone from the postie, checked it out, was not happy and then took photos and showed BONDIE_86. I have asked for a refund but apparently as I caused the damage, will not be recieving one! Also if I were to, it would be just £22 as that is all she got after postage etc. Was she forced into accepting my offer? No. Please everyone be aware and don't get scammed like myself. Make up your mind guys, and perhaps ask if it is his gfs phone!

Sorry to hear about that mate, it's bad when someone sells a product after advertising it "as new". Have you left a note in the A-Z Sellers list?

Well aparently £3 for paypal and about £5 for special delivery which I asked for instead of standard delivery because I needed the phone.

He put pics up but they were well small and you can get nothing out of them as the detail would be difficult to see. Also he is tryin to sell a D500 (AS NEW 2)... Probably dodgy too.
