> Add 8GB of memory to your Mobile Phone
Bookmark topic
A company called US modular has put out a device that taps into your existing mobile phones microSD or Tflash slot to add up to 8GB of storage. The Stik&Stor adds a memory chip to the back side of the battery pack and costs $199 to add 8GB to your music phone.

Wont the phones have problem when you do that? Will the existing software on the phone support this kind of large memory?

because the phones memory card architecture already supports up to 32GB in most cases, the phone is already equiped to deal with these large memories.
Much like a computer can add larger and larger hard drives, way beyond the capacity of the original drive (in some case hundreds of times), but still adequately access the data.
