Hi, I was transfering a video file to my w800 and the usb cable disconnected from the phone. Now I can't access the Memory Stick and when I take a Picture is supposed to be saved but when.I go to the "Camera Pictures" folder, nothing's there,
If I go to the phone status, the memory stick has 433728 free KB
Eventhough if I take pictures, that number doesn't seem to change.
Any suggestions on what to do?
Thanks
EDIT: ok, i tried a master reset and now I can see my pictures and the Memory Stick's memory status changes as I take Pictures, but PC still doesn't recognize it, so I can't use Disc 2 Phone or transfer videos.
Help!

I suspect your memory stick might have gotten corrupted due to the disconnection. Try formatting it on your computer using a card reader. It's faster using a card reader to transfer your files in future anyway.

Is it possible to do that in the phone?
Is there an option?

Go to "file manager" and once your in there, hit the "more" option with the left soft key.
Then select the "Format ext. mem" option. This should format your mem card.
