handsets?

I have been scooching around trying to find the most suitable one. I'd rather not use iTunes as I don't have an iPod and I might also get w950 if my 2 GB memory stick duo isn't enough!

Anybody set up software to automatically download 'podcasted' shows to their SE handset?

All stories and advice appreciated!

My iTunesMyPortable program will do that for you. Although, you have to use iTunes with it (no need for an iPod though).

The program contains lots of settings that allow you to synchronize your podcasts with your phone (or just about any other portable audio device) as you see fit. Basically, you tell the program to sync your phone with the Podcasts library in iTunes and then you can customize the program further so that it only copies new episodes, episodes added within the last day, week, month, year, quarter, etc.

It really is quite a nice way of keeping your SE phone synchronized with your podcasts.
