nokias right from the 3310 to the 9500 can be charged with the same charger. similarly handsfree & batteries can be swapped in a lot of nokia models.
this is something se has adopted with the k750.
se's handsfree don't allow the user to change the fm radio station/mp3track with the button on the handsfree, while with a nokia u can.
nokia's external memory chips r far more cheaper than se's.
a lot of nokia's have express on covers which r easy to remove & clean the dirt on the display even for a relatively new user. with se it's not that easy to take the facia off.

The charger is actually the same all the way back to at least the 8110 and 5110.
At one point Nokia went through a phase where nearly every phone had a different connector on the bottom.
Memory for Sony Ericssons are cheaper then the Nokia memory now:

@jc - I beg to disagree with that of the price of memory cards pal. Nokia still has the cheapest amongst the two: Nokia and

. . . i am talking about MMC ones and not the latest: RSMMC etc. I remember when I was looking for a 128 MB Kingston MMC for my Nokia 9210i, it only cost me Php 780.00 last year while the 128 MB Sony Memory Stick Duo for my P800 cost at Php 1680.00

Perhaps it will differ when bought in the area where you live, plus the ongoing promos/sale etc.

I have looked at a couple of websites based in the UK and the MS 1gb are cheaper than normal 1gb MMC cards. Admitadly by only a few pounds but they are cheaper. The PSP has helped to bring down the MS Duo prices.
