Serached, but no luck...
so i need ur help for a theme creator.
The Sony Ercisson Theme Creator v 2.20 just previews and edits the colours.
But is there a theme creator out there than can acutally resize and edit the pictures/icons? becasue everytime i want to edit the background or anything else of a theme, i have to take a screen shot of it in theme creator, then paste it in paint, crop it then edit it and then finally save it, andafter that, i have to import it lol.... this takes a very long time!

That's the way you have to make themes!
You create all the graphical elements in an external image editor (Photoshop, Fireworks, whatever), then import them into the Theme Creator.
There are some Photoshop templates floating around such as here:
