The saves it automaticaly, just go to add contact, when you then reach Mobile/Home/work press the option key, the number will be stored there.
This is if you have a T68

i guess you'll have to do it manually...
as in copy the number on paper and then "add contact"

Go to Phone Book, options, ask to save, activate On and the phone will ask if you want to save the number if the caller is not in your phonebook allready.

you need to enable "Ask To Save", open the phonebook menue scroll down to option 8 (options) and click it, in the options menu go to number 7 (ask to save) click it and select "on" then exit the menu. Now each time you recive a call from a number not in your phone book, the phone asks you if you want to save it as a new contact.

Actually you don't need to enable "Ask to save". The list of incoming call numbers is available in the "Add contact" menu.

Phonebook -> Add contact -> Home/Work/Mobile -> Option key. Now you'll see the numbers of incoming and outgoing calls which number donesn't exist in the phonebook.
