Widgx has a report on a working Projector Mobile phone,its still currently an engineering model and is not known if it will go into production for the mass market.The phone can project images upto 15" in size.Its still early days for this technology but things do look very promising.

It was about time they made something like that. It can't be too hard to make, just very expensive.
