hi there, um i recieved a 750i today from orange as an upgrade and when i go into menu - messages -write new: there isnt a Text message option just pic msg and voice msg options. sorry if this sounds stupid or has been covered but can some1 help plz

it's not stupid, it's really strange. branded phones are known to have tweaked firmwares, but never heard of this. try a master reset. all data will be lost on a master reset so make copies before doing the master reset.

@tannerb - Since your unit is only on it's DAY 1, have it replaced by Orange (warranty) . . . and have the fone demo (ed) in the store before getting. Welcome to Esato pal
