I am looking to upgrade from my loathable Motorola V551, to a phone with Bluetooth, an Mp3 player and a camera, among other things. Bluetooth and Mp3 are a must.
Are there phones worthy of consideration other that the SE models?
Does anyone have an opinion on the W600 compared to the W300 (judging from the info that has been released)? From what I understand, the W600 has a better camera, but for me, it is more important to be able to expand the memory, which you can apparently do with the W300 (up to 1GB), but not the W600.
Any opinions? The W600 is also a swivel design (which I have never used) and the W300, a clamshell...
I am debating between the two of them since I (sadly) cannot afford a W800i or a W900i
It is still way beyond my budget, even on eBay (actually, I think sellers are charging more for it than SE does when you order direct)

on ebay you can get w800's for around £100.
between these two phones i'd choose the w300.

The W300 has a 128*160 screen and has a VGA cam, while the w600 has a 176*220 screen and has a 1.3 cam, but it lacks a memory card slot, which the W300 features.

@dawn, do not be disheartened if your tight on money right now. i'd say hang on. we are in the last month of Q1. a couple of releases slated for this month. when new models are out the older models get cheaper. the k750 might just be affordable by the end of the month.

I think overall with the exception of the expansion of W300, W600 is still better.
W600

Clamshell - you have to open the phone to access menu.
Smaller Screen Size
VGA Cam
Though i like the Monochrome Display and expansion slot of W300

I would buy w800. As already said before, just wait a bit and price should drop soon.

i hav w550i n now i'm suffering coz
1. too little mem (256mb)
2. too many song
3. the screen not as good as in k750
4. lousy cam (but i like the flashlight)
5. inefective! (busy opening the swivel when replying text message)
6. coz its my valentine gift, SO i cannot get rid of it! doh!

Do you care about design or functionality? The W300 is fugly, especially the keypad and the W550 is designed far better. The only thing that you could gain by getting the W300 is memory expansion. Other than that with the W550 you get a better screen, more of a 'quality' look, better camera and probably better texting speed (judging by the small and overlapped W300 keys). So how much do you value memory expansion?
