I used the UpdateService_Inst_2.2.13.7c.exe to update my firmware.
It downloaded he latest software from the Net and started installing in my K750i. But when the installation reaches the 2nd last brick of the progress bar, I get the "Update Failed" Message and it tells me to restart the process.... with a nice Lightning like backgroud image

...
I tried to install a couple of times but it stops at the same point.
The previous versions of SEUS doesnt go beyond the "Press C button"...
Please Help
Thank You.

Take a look at the first post in the K750/W800 Firmware Overview thread:
"If the firmware update fails part way through, retry the SEUS. If the update consistently fails you will need to perform a Master Reset on your phone. It is likely that you will be required to perform a Reset All - a settings reset is unlikely to do the job. Do not forget to do a full backup of the contents of your phone beforehand - you will lose ALL your phone's data. "
Oh, and what you are experiencing is far from unusual. My own experience suggests it fails around 70% of the time

Just flagging up the fact that in case you performed the first update with a half-charged (or a not-fully-charged) battery first time around, chances are that even if you do a Master reset the update won't go through.
