i bought a new computer and just install W800i's USB driver and disc2phone software. After i finished transfered songs to my phone, and then i removed the USB cable, it will go to blue screen and ask me to restart my comp.
can any help?

It is almost certainly a driver issue, and as the W800 drivers have been used by many without problems I would suggest it is your chipset/USB drivers that are causing the problem (usually the USB drivers are part of the chipset drivers).
If you are fairly competant with PCs I would suggest you download the Microsoft debugging tools (http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/default.mspx) and use them to analyse the minidump that is written to the Windows\Minidump directory. The driver name should give you an idea what caused the crash.
If you are not that knowledgable then I would suggest finding out what chipset your motherboard uses and download the latest drivers for them, e.g. from:
