I’ve unlocked a k750i with SemcTools. It gave me a bunch of codes including a 8 digit Relock NCK code.

I tried relocking using the method for unlocking but with the relock code, but the phone says it’s “not allowed”.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to relock the phone to it’s original provider so the warranty is not lost.

When you tried locking it, did you have the SIM card in the phone for the network provider? This is needed in order to lock it to a network by entering the code...

normally the warranty isn't void just by having the provider lock removed... it's when you unbrand/change firmware that you might loose warranty
