Im trying to update my K750i.
I've installed UpdateService_Inst_2.2.13.7b.exe and flash from macromedia. When im running the update service I get this message:

"Incompatible Macromedia version. Required verision available from http://www.macromedia.com. Application will terminate."

But Im positive that I have " version 8,0,22,0 installed" .
So I dont know what more to do.

Please help.

1-Have you Mozilla Browser? may be you install flash player on your mozilla, because update service use internet explorer plug ins
2-try install shokwave player plug in for internet explorer
3-check setting of internet explorer may be flash objects are blocking
(in the end sorry for my english, i learn and study english and i can read the situations and understand but when i want write 2 or 3 sentence i have problem and i mix up all grammer )

Thanks alot. Yes I use Firefox. I should have known that Microsoft wants in on everything.

Installed Flash with Microsoft Explorer and everything worked out fine.

Just for any other users who experience this problem...

I spent about an hour trying to get SEUS to work, I installed the latest flash and shcockwave plugins for both IE and FF, and reinstalled SEUS several times to no avail

In the end I found out that Windows Blinds was causing the problem, so anyone running Windows Blinds needs to either uninstall it, or alternatively if you hold CTRL whilst loading SEUS, it tells WindowsBlinds to ignore it.

i tried to update the phone and the service was working....
the bad side is that there are no updates availibile...7 months(i think) and no updates...damn!
