> W800 No "answer" option on calls

Has anyone else seen this odd behaviour?
Occasionally (so far, only 2 or 3 times) when I get an incoming call, the two options shown on the handset are "Send" or "Busy" - if I choose "Send" it sends a "Busy" signal and the call gets diverted to answerphone.
I've checked SEUS and I'm on the latest f/w. Phone is on O2.
Any ideas?
