Hi guys iam just wondering why after a master reset my phone cant update over the air. I mean that when i click on Update it just says update configuration error, keeping old firmware. is there a way to fix that. and can i go to the city in New york to update my firmware?

I had the same problem, had to go back to the store, they sent it to the SE workshop upgraded it, and i got it back the other day.
used my waranty did't cost a buck.

That'll either be due to an operator customised firmware that the system doesn't recognise or a mis-configuration of the internet settings on the phone I'd imagine.
