my fone went on a "white screen". it really felt so bad 5 days after purchasing a w550i, this crappy phenomenon happened... grr! what should i do guys??? i' have my first option to re-flash but are there other ways?? thanks a lot....

This is a fairly common problem, there's quite a few threads on this, if you do a search on W550i white screen problems there should be a few threads on the subject
I've never had a problem with my W550i, unsure what the cause is - could be a firmware issue?
