> Saving to which photograph format

I hav to scan some party photographs to save them on computer,i want to know "to what photograph format shud i save them so that best quality is retained ?
Shud i choose JPEG,BMP,TIFF,PNG
Plz hlp fast

TIFF is the best quality but will take up A LOT of space.

jpeg are good if they are only taken witha 5mpx camera or below, unless your blowing a image really bid you won't need the best formats
