Do you have to do anything to a T68i before a wired headset will work on it? I have tried 2 new headsets and both don't appear to work. I would have expected it to be a straight plug in and go!
Should it automaticaaly detect a headset?

I believe it should just automatically detect the headset, could be a fault with the connectors on the phone - try cleaning them, carefully with something like a toothbrush to get any dirt and grime off them, then try again

The contacts are all clean and have same problem with a different phone. Is there some method that determines what headphone is plugged in? Could it be a s/ware issue? Anyone got a plain headphone working with a T68i?
