> P900 Chinese to english messed up

Hello everyone. Maybe someone can advise me on this. I've got a hand me down p900 that has both english and chinese. When I got it, all the menus are in english and some of the folders are in chinese. I notice english loaded as an option in the control panel too.
Smart alec me tried to do an online update and it fails causing the phone to hang while booting on. Fix that by going back to SE service center.
But now everything including the menu is in chinese but I can jot in english somehow.
Smart alec me tried to load the language file from SE site and ended up with the control panel in some language like spanish but the menus and others are in chinese.
The CDA is CDA162003/11 R5A09 and the organiser is CXC162005 R5A09.
Can someone please tell me where I can get the english language file so I can put it back into the phone and I promise never to patch or load anything to it again.
