K500 does not have a Radio. FM Radio is a hardware feature and no Java or firmware hack can add "Radio support" to a phone that doesn't have necessary hardware to support it.

Even if it had hardware Radio support and for some weird reason SE blocked it from firmware (which is not the case with the K500 for sure), java applications can't do anything about it. So what ever that radio.jar you are talking about has nothing to do with adding FM radio support to K500.

No software can make your K500i have radio support.
You can have FM radio with that SE accessory headset.

if you're adventurous, you could try tweaking the W900's headset (the one with the radio) to be compatible with your phone's connector...
