My Phone is not recognising that the flip is open !

I had to use it for some time in hot sun and in a sweaty condition one day
after that the phone just cant recognise whenever i open the flip !

1) I tried formatting the internal memory and still it cant recognize when i open the flip.

2) I tried removing the flip and then also it thinks that the flip is still attached !

3) I disassembled the phone and blow dried the motherboard in case of any moisture content .. and still it thinks that the flip is permanently attached

I can however use magiclauncher to open the virtual flip and close the flip by mapping the keys !
The touch screen works alright too after opening the virtual flip.

Touch screen works even when i use flip extender also ..

for now i use magic launcher to tell the phone to open the flip

anyone can help me with this ? any ideas ?

Maybe the flip button is blocked? It is a small metalic round-tipped button, right-bottom part of the phone.

Is there a 911a? Can't say I've ever heard of it, or was that a spelling mistake mate?
