hi,
can any one please tell me how can I remove the front lens of the W800i without damaging the phone, so I can replace it?

do you mean the camera lense or the display? The whole camera is a replaceable module - there are assembly instructions on se-nse.

You can replace that with a new case (the display lense is part of the external casing.
