I do a new theme with my themes creator but I haven't got any status background and softkeys.Where do I find them or can you give me

just create any image from your imaging software and set the picture size accordingly (pixel-wise). or, you could download any image you like, provided you will set the picture size accordingly (again, pixel-wise). for info about the picture size, you can see it in the theme creator itself.
