> Problem with w600i

I hooked up my w600i to the USB cord leading to my computer, as I always do, to transfer some music files to my phone. After the phone is connected I select File Transfer on the phone. I wait but now the phone is just froze. The screen is on but nothing is on the screen it's just blank, glowing screen. What is up?

White Screen Issue
The W600i may experience a white screen issue during power up after executing a music download through the USB port on a computer. This is due to the improper shutdown of the USB connection with the W600i.
To correct this issue after it has occurred, turn the device off and then back on using the power button (do not remove the battery). Allow the device to remain powered on for approximately 25 minutes to allow the device the opportunity to execute the USB file recovery and return to normal operation.
