I found W800 themes on some German sites and downloaded them. Now I got a bunch of themes from here at Esato and I realize that while the Esato themes come with *.thm extensions, the other themes come in *.tar archives which are filled with a whole range of PNG, JPG and GIF files, and one theme.xml file. How do I install those themes on my phone?

i think you can rename the extension. i'm not sure what extension is *.tar
are u sure that the theme is for w800?

A theme file .thm is just a tar archive, renamed. So you should be able to rename the .tar to .thm and send to the phone.
