Got it through this morning from O2...
Charged it, inserted the sim they sent me, as its contract, turned it on, and get the message inactive SIM
I have no idea, why this is, jus going to update the software see if that helps..
I also notice on teh top near where the network coverage display is, there's a little telephone, with a red line thru it, and when powering the phone i get two bleeps!
I went onto option and searched for network, and this took away the red phone for about 20 seconds, and then reappeared!
Any help would be great

just checkd and it works fine with a Vodafone sim card in

i think the sim may need activating, just leave it in the phone for a while and leave the phone on, if it dont work then give o2 a call and they should activate it.
