hi all,
i just try to see if it was possible but i didn't manage to get it... anyone has an idea ??
perhaps a third party app could do it ..

but since the choises are battery, clock, volume and network the only locigal place to place the button would be in battery!!

Or having a menu item at the top in the applications list so that you can lock it the same way as you do when in flip closed mode. With the Jog Dial.

ok, it seems that there is no way to auto lock the phone on flip open.
