Are there any solution to data account problem? (I can't create new accountsor erase the others)

There is a "feature" that allows the service provider (your network) to force their data account settings, and delete any user defined ones every time the phone is switched on (or is it off?).

While the phone is on you should be able to delete data accounts and create your own... if you can't it could be a duff handset.

Try your SE Service Center and get a firmware upgrade while you're there
