Just started a new contract with this company, which offer me cashback every 3 months, they say to attatch special forms to my bill when i send them in, however it does not say whether to fill them in or not.

sounds like a silly question, but i need to know if they are a receipt type thing of admin.

anyone know?

thanks.

If you just started it, I suggest canceling it, They'll give you hell (search this forum for some people's experiences).

They're the worst.

I must say I have been tempted by some of the many deals from onestopphoneshop shown on hotukdeals but I also do recall the many threads especially with the P900

they are with CPW and I have dealt with them numerously.... They have got much better then before.

Cashback side... you will be given forms... you will need to fil it out and send it with a copy of your bill and send it by RM...........

They also text when they have recieved your cashback.... So that is kinda good too.

Hope this helps
Cheers

Your transaction number is your order number. Any orders you've made are grouped on their system under your customer number.

I wouldn't be too concerned about dealing with them as they are now part of CPW and CPW store staff are instructed to treat them as CPW customers, therefore if you have any problems, just pop into a store.

From OSPS website:

***Cashback
All cashback offers are available via redemption. You will need to send a copy of your paid network bill for the relevant month (see above), along with the correct redemption certificate (which you will receive in your welcome pack), to the address provided. Each cashback will be paid by cheque within 45 days of receipt, subject to your compliance with the redemption conditions.
