Hey all, my friend has a website and they want to host a radiostation of their own.... they want it all legit so no dodgy links please

Basically its for their child to broadcast who is around the age of 13... is there any cheap or possibly free sites that allow you to do this? i have absoulutly no understanding of this so i may very well be asking a stupid question here but i thought the good people of esato may be able to help

Any help would be great!

I understand there are laws about broadcasting but as its not gonna be a 'proper' station (as its for children) i thought maybe this is possible

Don't know anything about legal issue but shoutcast is a good way to stream music. Keep in mind that the bandwidth needed might be huge depending the number of listeners and the quality of the audio.
