I wished I could agree with you but there is alot still left:
I) Video Quality (still below average)
II) Photo Quality (somewhat average for 2MP but compare another 2MP Samsung D600)
III) Battery Stability (somewhat declined after the firmare update)
IV) Joystick Calibration (note especially the 50% who still believe it's firmware related)
...but then again, it's my opinion.

there's a lot of enhancements that users still wants.. but i don't think a new FW will be released... a new set of phones will come out and the latest firmware is stable enough.. and i think you are right this will be the last FW

1. Not a bug - and not below average, its exactly the quality it was ment to be, just because you may find something better in a different phone does not make it a bug in this phone.
2. Not a bug - are you blind or what ? Its the best 2mp cam without competition, even mentioning samsung D600 in this comparison is riddicouless, but even if there were any cams better, it still doesnt qualify as a bug.
3. Battery is the same - no bug
4. Not firmwarerelated - no bug - and what 50% is that ? how do you come up with that number ? dont throw out foolish unsupported numbers that makes no sence.

The most important question in my mind, does this firmware fix the "invalid parameter" transfer bug issue. IE: are all cable transfer issues resolved?
Regarding the joystick and firmware: I actually wonder about the joystick issue myself.
There is actually a good argument that the joystick has auto-callibration built in. I've found that by moving the joystick around in circles a few times, often fixes the joy for several weeks before it goes funny again. And it only goes funny when used in games, the joystick failure doesn't correspond to dust build up or heavy use. If the joy is auto-callibrated while in use, then highly biased use (such as in platform games where you usually use right and up more than other directions) would result in a faulty callibration. Moving the joystick around in all different directions several times may manually re-callibrate the joystick more accurately.
The most common pattern of joystick failure on my phone goes like this: Joystick fine until play some games involving heavy use or extended period of play. Then afterwards joystick in phone menus etc unresponsive. Then rotate joystick in all directions backwards and forwards for about 10 rotations. Joystick then working perfectly, and stays working until play games again. This entire process is independent of how much dust has built up around the joystick or whether it's been cleaned or not.
Dust build up may be a contributory factor, but it doesn't seem to me the whole answer. If joystick is auto-callibrated, then new firmware may indeed be able to improve the joystick.

I think that considering the number of new phones coming soon and the fact that most bugs have been solved now R1BC002 will probably be the last firmware for k750 and w800. I believe that most complaints are now more hardware related than software bugs.

So is there definite confirmation that the "parameter incorrect" bug is fixed?
There is no way I am updating until I know for sure. I'm on R1L (stable) and there is no way I'll update if there is any chance it'll stuff my ability to do reliable usb transfers.
EDIT: just checked firmware thread, and it's claimed that usb transfer issues fixed. I guess I'll wait a week or two and if still no reports of probs I'll update.

Yes,as I concerned much on major bugs,I do believe that this one is the final F/W for K750i. All phones have their limitation in performance, which can't be changed whatsoever by upgrading f/w. A funny thing maybe when a K750 could record 30 fps video or take 9 consecutive pictures because other phones of next generation have these. Joystick is sort of mechanical stuff,it ruins by age naturally..

In addition, K750 fever will end up soon as K800/K790 hits the market-no many people pay attention to K750 stuff as we are now..then,gradually all topics are directed to the new models, whose bugs may present here and there as we have always experienced so far with T610,K700,and K750..then are we ready to accept K750 as it is now?
